Coordinates the NWRESA job alike groups: Superintendents’ Council; Principals’ Council; High-School Principals’ Council; and the Auxiliary Services Directors’ Council

Works alongside other staff in supporting the Curriculum Directors’ Council and reviews the many staff development opportunities for teachers and other school district staff

Works with the NWRESA Board of Directors to develop a plan of work for each year, establish membership dues, and develop a budget that he manages
